Are yous trying to modify the language in your Visual Voicemail App or through the voicemail system when you call it?
Its through my voicemail system when i telephone call it.
Okay. There's a specific way to navigate through this carte to change it yourself (no español knowledge required 😉)
When you phone call the system, printing 4, that'll bring you to Mailbox Options.
Then, press 4 again and that'll have y'all to Playback Options.
Lastly, you'll press 7 to change the linguistic communication to English.

4, iv, 7 no longer works. No manner known to change from the Spanish "black pigsty".
What if yous hitting star for the main card, so iv for postal service box options, then vii for language settings? Does that allow y'all to change it?

This happened to my female parent'south phone. Adept news is that if yous printing iv and listen all the mode to the terminate, it will tell yous in the other linguistic communication to press vii.
Bad news is T-Mobile set this up so that the command to delete a message that you use all of the time is the aforementioned one that tin can switch languages if you are non listening to the message whatsoever longer. This seems plain impaired.
I can't believe this (particular) thread is five years old and as of four days ago - according to KCB higher up - it's Still an event. This press 7 to delete a vm merely it switches your system to some other language is absolutely ridiculous. I merely spent 30+ absolutely frustrating min on the master website *trying* to troubleshoot this for my 87yr old dad and finally gave upwards and was more than than happy to spend the next 5min venting my frustrations well-nigh that experience in the survey they offered.
A quick & simple google search led me here so thanks for the piece of cake explanation as to WHY this happens and the answer how to prepare it. Information technology'due south not rocket science T-Mobile… Please do amend.
